This policy explains what Exam Ready AI does with information when you use the app. Exam Ready AI is published by Hez Global ("we", "us"). If anything here is unclear, write to us at hezglobalapp@gmail.com and we will explain it in plain terms.
No account · No sign-up · Nothing kept by usWe do not ask you to create an account. We do not know your name, your email address or your phone number. Your study history stays on your phone. The only information that leaves your device goes to the advertising and payment companies listed below, and you can refuse the advertising part outright.
The name you type when you first open the app, your scores, your streaks, your flagged questions and your saved practice sets are stored inside the app on your own device. We cannot see any of it. It is not backed up to us, and if you delete the app it is gone.
Google AdMob shows the adverts in Exam Ready AI. To do that it may collect your device's advertising identifier, general information about how you use the app, approximate location derived from your IP address, and technical data about your device. Google's own policy explains this in full:
Apple handles every payment. We never see or store your card details. Apple tells us only whether a subscription is currently active. Apple's policy:
Shortly after you set the app up, iOS will ask whether Exam Ready AI may track your activity across other companies' apps and websites. You can say no. If you say no, everything in the app continues to work exactly as before — you will simply see adverts that are less relevant to you.
You can change your mind at any time in iOS Settings, under Privacy & Security, then Tracking.
Exam Ready AI is free to use and is paid for by advertising. Free users see banner adverts, occasional full-screen adverts, and may choose to watch a rewarded advert to open a paid feature. Subscribing to Exam Ready AI Premium removes every advert from the app.
Exam Ready AI is written for candidates preparing for secondary school leaving and university entrance examinations. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has used the app in a way that concerns you, write to us and we will help.
We keep nothing ourselves, because we collect nothing ourselves. The companies listed above keep data according to their own policies, which are linked in each case. Deleting Exam Ready AI removes everything held on your device.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what information is held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Because we hold nothing that identifies you, there is usually nothing for us to return or erase — but if you want to exercise these rights against the companies above, their policies explain how, and we will help you if you ask.
If we change how the app handles information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Continuing to use Exam Ready AI after a change means you accept the updated policy.
